Renovation of a civil project in Daytona Beach, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The City of Daytona Beach reserves the right to reject any and all bids, or any portion of any bid, or to waive any informalities in the bidding. The Bethune Point WRF Phase 2 Process Upgrades project consists of upgrades to the aeration tanks within the treatment process consisting of replacement of tube diffusers within Aeration Tanks No. 1 and No. 4 with disc diffusers. The deadline for questions is 7 calendar days before the Offer Deadline Date July 21st, 2022 at 5PM. Questions must be submitted electronically A 10% Bid Bond is required for all Construction projects. An A1A bond form is acceptable. The successful Contractor will be required to furnish separate 100% Performance and Payment Bonds unless the Contract price is less than $100,000. City approved bond forms will be sent to the successful Contractor when a Notice of Award is issued. Substantial Completion Time is 270 days, Final Completion within 300days of Substantial Completion.
