Bend Park and Recreation District will receive Bids for the provision of the Hollygrape Park ADA Renovation Project. Project Location: 19489 Hollygrape Street, Bend, OR Project consists of demolition, construction of asphalt pathways, concrete paver plaza with salvaged pavers, concrete pavement, curb and curb ramps, and removal and reinstallation of site furnishings. Contractor will provide all tools, equipment, apparatus, facilities, labor, material, water, heat, utilities, transportation, and other services necessary for proper execution and completion of the work described below ("Work"), whether temporary or permanent, and whether or not incorporated or to be incorporated in the Work. Contractor shall provide the work described below in a good and workmanlike manner, and in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Contract, federal, state, or local law or ordinance and applicable District rules and policies:
