Renovation of a water / sewer project in Carol Stream, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The Project consists of removal and demolition of a circular 85-feet collapsed fiberglass Reinforced plastic (FRP) secondary clarifier cover. Each Bid shall be accompanied by a Bid Deposit in the form of a Bid Bond or certified check payable to the Village of Carol Stream in the amount of 5% of the Bid. Successful Bidder and Subcontractors prior to award of contract shall hold or obtain such licenses as required by State Statutes, and federal and local Laws and Regulations. Bidders will be required to comply with State of Illinois Revised Statute 29 17 relating to nondiscrimination. Bidders will be required to complete the Village of Carol Stream Governmental Compliance Certifications. An Affidavit of Noncollusion shall be required from all Bidders. Owner's right is reserved to reject all Bids or any Bid not conforming to the intent and purpose of the Bidding Documents.
