Site work and renovation of a civil project in Sour Lake, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Generally described as the construction of a 3.5-million-gallon concrete lined stormwater detention pond, lift station, influent diversion box, piping modifications, and electrical controls and instrumentation The right is reserved by the City of Sour Lake, Texas, as its interest may require, to accept or reject any or all bids, and to waive any informality in the bids received. Bid Security, only in the form of: 1) a certified or cashier's check drawn on a Texas bank and made payable to City of Sour Lake, Texas; or 2) a bond executed by a surety company authorized to do business in Texas, in the amount of not less than five (5%) percent of the total bid, must accompany each bid at the time it is submitted. Bids may be held by the City of Sour Lake, Texas for a period not to exceed 60 days from the date of the bid opening for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the bidder's qualifications prior to the contract award. Upon award, the successful bidder will be required to furnish payment and performance bonds.
