The project scope for the Base Bid includes but is not limited to: South Fannin Street Roadway o Acquire any necessary permits o Mobilize and prepare site o Install traffic control Remove existing concrete road section Excavation to the proper grade to accept new base material o Install, compact and prime new flexible base Complete base repairs as shown in the plans Sweep and tack roadway and construct new HMAC surface o Install new side road tie-ins and driveway transitions Backfill pavement edges o Clean up site The project scope for the Alternate Bid #1 includes but is not limited to: Shady Lane Roadway o Acquire any necessary permits o Mobilize and prepare site o Install traffic control Excavate for widening areas as shown in the plans o Install new flexible base for widening areas o Pulverize, mix, shape and compact existing roadway o Apply prime coat o Construct HMAC surface and driveway transitions Backfill pavement edges o Clean up site The project scope for the Alternate Bid #2 includes but is not limited to: Shady Lane Drainage o Acquire any necessary permits o Mobilize and prepare site o Install traffic control o Notify residents prior to construction activities o Excavate roadside ditches to the line and grades shown in the plans o Remove and replace culverts as shown in the plans o Repair driveways back to original condition as shown in the plans o Seed/hydro mulch disturbed areas o Clean up site
