Renovation of a municipal facility in Paducah, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The project consists of roof replacement on the main building and painting existing ternmetal shingles on storage outbuildings, masonry restoration & painting, repairs & replacement, partial roof replacement (epdm), and portico column and trim work restoration & replacement.Minor veneer plaster and wall repair on the interior of the building is also required. The Bidder agrees to furnish all labor, materials, supplies and services required to complete this project defined as Roof Repair - Ph 2, KYTC - Whitehaven Welcome Center, Paducah, Kentucky for the Department for Facilities and Support Services, Commonwealth of Kentucky, in accordance with the Drawings, Specifications, and Contract Documents, and any duly issued Addenda for the LUMP SUM BID AMOUNT set forth below: Sealed bid documents for the following work will be received by the Division of Engineering and Contract Administration, 2nd Floor Bush Building, 403 Wapping Street, Commonwealth of Kentucky, Frankfort, KY 40601, in the manner and on the date hereinafter specified for the furnishing of all labor, materials, supplies, tools, appliances, equipment, services, etc., necessary for Roof Repair - Ph 2, KYTC - Whitehaven Welcome Center, Paducah, Kentucky, as set forth in the specifications and as shown on the drawings prepared by Pat Kerr, J. Patrick Kerr Architects, and approved by the Department for Facilities and Support Services of the Commonwealth of Kentucky and under the terms and conditions to this Request for Bid.
