The work consists of providing the necessary labor, materials, equipment and supervision, and plant to construct Lago Mar Lift Station No. 2 including but not limited to, mobilization, bonds and insurance; construction of a ten-foot (10') diameter cast-in-place concrete wet well including 100% solids epoxy coating, well point system and dewatering as necessary; two (2) submersible pumps with accessories, piping, valves, fittings, and supports; protective coatings; one (1) 125 kW natural gas generator; generator concrete pad; automatic transfer switch, SCADA, motor control panel, electrical service disconnect switches, conduit, wire and associated piping; site work; and all else shown on the construction drawings and detailed in the specifications for a fully functioning lift station. b. The project is located in the Galveston County Municipal Utility District No. 59 and the City of Texas City, approximately 150' east of the intersection of Seneca Lake Drive and Lago Costa Drive, and in Galveston County, Texas.
