For Runway 4-22 Rehabilitation / Reconstruction and Wetlands Mitigation Phase 2 The project consists of providing all labor, materials, and equipment at the Punta Gorda Airport to rehabilitate/reconstruct Runway 4-22 and fill approximately 37 acres of wetlands. The complete examination and understanding of the bidding and contract documents, all addenda or other revisions, and site of the proposed work is necessary to properly submit a proposal.
