Site work for a water / sewer project in Wetaskiwin, Alberta. Design plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Construction of the on-reserve components for the tie-in of the Ermineskin Cree Nation water system to the North Red Deer Water Services Commission regional water line. Work involves a supply line from the reserve boundary, conversion of the existing water treatment plant to serve as a water pump station for the community, expansion of the existing reservoir, two new truck fill stations, and a service building to service a fleet of water trucks and include administrative offices. TIMELINE: Project is in design. Timelines for detailed design, tender and construction are yet to be determined pending construction funding approvals (timelines unknown). Further update may be available in 2026. *Construction cost is unreleased.
