Site work and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Kitimat, British Columbia. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The works to be constructed under this Contract includes, but is not limited to the following: Quatsino Walkway and Lighting Excavate and place or remove approximately 1264 m3 of material for walkway sub-grade prep, grading, and ditching. Excavate and remove miscellaneous items including concrete curbs and appurtenances, asphalt, sod, and vegetation. Construction of approximately 642 m2 of new concrete walkways. Installation of 23m of 400 mm ø culvert. Install items including concrete curbs, asphalt paving, pipe insulation, riprap, and drywell pits. Provide new service pole for BC Hydro connection. Provide eight (8) new light poles complete with concrete base, aluminum pole, and luminaire. Provide one (1) new light pole with service base complete with concrete base, aluminum pole, and luminaire. Conduit and wiring for new luminaires. Trenching and directional drilling under roadway.
