The City of Avondale (the "City") is issuing this Request For Qualifications (this "RFQ") seeking statements of qualifications ("SOQ") from qualified, licensed Construction Manager at Risk firms ("CMAR Firms") interested in providing Construction Manager At Risk (CMAR) for design phase review and complete construction services related to the Avondale Aquatic Center (the "Project"). The construction budget is $12,000,000 Begin Pre-Construction January 2022 Begin Construction May/June 2022 Substantial Completion April 28, 2023 Final Completion May 12, 2023 Grand Opening May 27, 2023 The City of Avondale (the "City") is issuing this Request For Qualifications (this "RFQ") seeking statements of qualifications ("SOQ") from qualified, licensed Construction Manager at Risk firms ("CMAR Firms") interested in providing Construction Manager At Risk (CMAR) for design phase review and complete construction services related to the Avondale Aquatic Center (the "Project") and other items as deemed necessary by the City (collectively, the "Services"), as more particularly described in Subsection 1.1(A) below. This will be a one-step, qualifications-based process as authorized by ARIZ. REV. STAT. 34-601 et. seq. A separate Request for Proposal will not be issued.
