South Broken Arrow TIF Infrastructure Phase 1 - Norfolk Drive Signal Poles and Mast Arms This project consists of furnishing all materials, labor, and equipment to design, fabricate, and deliver signal poles and mast arms related to the South Broken Arrow TIF Infrastructure Phase I Project, meeting the specifications shown in the provided details. The project shall also include all miscellaneous items required to assemble and install the aforementioned items, as shown in provided details, with the exception of excavation, foundations, wiring, and attached signal appurtenances and signage. The signal poles and mast arms will be assembled and installed by the Contractor for the General Construction Work on the South Broken Arrow TIF Infrastructure Phase I Project. The procured materials shall be delivered to the project site on Norfolk Drive along Aspen Avenue between New Orleans Street and the Creek Turnpike in Broken Arrow, OK. The Contract for this Work will be assigned by the City of Broken Arrow to the Contractor for the General Construction Work on the South Broken Arrow TIF Infrastructure Phase I Project. Upon such assignment, Supplier will function as a subcontractor to the Contractor, and all obligations of this Supplier to the City of Broken Arrow will become obligations of the Supplier to the Contractor. Example forms for assignment of the Contract and Surety's agreement to the assignment are attached to the Procurement Contract. Contract time for the project shall be Ninety (90) calendar days. As a Proposal Guarantee, a certified check, cashier's check, bid bond or irrevocable letter of credit issued by an insured financial institution as required by law must accompany each Proposal for an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total Bid made payable, without reserve, to the City of Broken Arrow. The successful Bidder must, within five (5) days after receiving notice of award, furnish a Performance Bond, Statutory Bond and Maintenance Bond in the forms prescribed by City of Broken Arrow in the amounts equal to the Contract price. The acceptance and award of this Bid will be considered by the Broken Arrow City Council. The City of Broken Arrow reserves the right to reject any or all Bids.
