Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Venice, Florida. Completed plans call for the construction of a 8,900-square-foot, one-story above grade educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
Project consists of new construction of an 8,900 SF one-story classroom building which includes Science, Nursing, Technology and Engineering classrooms, in addition to a basketball and volleyball court on the State College of Florida Venice Campus. Pre-qualification Requirements: All bidders with a bid of $25,000 or greater will be required to complete a pre-qualification application and meet requirements of contracting with Tandem Construction prior to submission of bid. Failure to fully complete and/or submit pre-qualification documents may be cause for rejection of bid. RFIs DUE Date: Friday, August 12, 2022 EOB Bid Delivery Information:Sealed Bids are required for any proposal totaling $25,000+. . Bids totaling under $25,000 may be submitted electronically
