Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Black Earth, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
As of 4/1/2022 no award has been made. A timeline for the award has not yet been established. Dane County is inviting Bids for construction services to reconstruct an existing parking lot and add stormwater controls at Salmo Pond County Park. Only firms with capabilities, experience & expertise with similar projects should obtain this Request for Bids (RFB) document & submit Bids. Bank certified check, cashiers check or Bid Bond, payable to County in amount not less than five percent (5%) of maximum bid, shall accompany each Bid as guarantee that if Bid is accepted, Bidder will execute and return proposed Contract and Performance and Payment Bonds within ten (10) business days after being notified of acceptance of Bid. Company issuing bonds must be licensed to do business in Wisconsin. Performance / Payment Bond: 100% OF CONTRACT AMOUNT Bid Deposit: 5% OF BID AMOUNT
