This project was awarded to Scotts Construction for $50,002. The Town of Black Earth will accept bids for hot mix asphalt overlay on the following Town roads in 2024. Please bid separately on each item/project, giving a guaranteed maximum price and unit prices for equipment, labor, and materials. Contractors interested in bidding should contact Patrolman Cody Eastman at 608-370-2285 for more information. Hot Mix Asphalt Overlay (2" overlay, 18' wide, 2' gravel shoulder on each side, 3/4 " limestone with fines) Reeve Rd., at the Fesenfeld Rd. intersection toward town line 1500 ft. The Town of Black Earth reserves the right to award projects by individual roads to separate bidders, or to one bidder, or any combination thereof. The Town also reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and/or reject the low bid for cause.
