Renovation of a library in Reserve, Louisiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a library.
As of May 25, 2022, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award is not yet established. St. John the Baptist Parish Library (Library) hereby issues a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for qualified companies (herein referred to as Company) for the purpose of providing CMAR Services. Questions and comments regarding this RFQ must be submitted in writing to St. John the Baptist Parish, Purchasing & Procurement Department, ATTN: Peter Montz, 1811 West Airline Hwy., LaPlace, LA or via e-mail to p.montz@Stjohn.la.gov or m.tassara@Stjohn.la.gov. no later than 2:00 P.M. local time on July 27, 2021. Any person with disabilities requiring Special Accommodation must contact the St. John the Baptist Parish Council office at (985) 652-9569 no later than seven (7) days prior to the submission deadline. Participation by minority and female owned businesses, as well as businesses located in this Parish, is encouraged. Respondents, their consultants, sub-consultants or other parties representing a team for this solicitation may not contact any Library CMAR Selection Committee Member concerning this project from the date of the solicitation until after the date of selection. The Library and the Library CMAR Selection Committee reserve the right to reject any and all submittals and to waive any irregularities or informalities incidental thereto.
