Site work for a water / sewer project in Richmond Township, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Requests for clarification are due Tuesday, September 7, 2021 1:00:00 PM [(UTC-05:00) Eastern Time (US & Canada)]. solicitation-023-031 The work involves the directional drilling and fusing the HDPE pipe for the installation of approximately 1,225 linear feet of four (4) inch HDPE DR-11 low pressure sewer main and 1,780 linear feet of two (2) inch HDPE DR-11 low pressure sewer main. Work also includes directional drilling seven (7) two inch HDPE services under Pricetown Road (SR0012). All pipe will be supplied by the Township. The Township will make all sewer connections and install all manholes. All work is performed for Alsace Township and is located in Alsace Township, Berks County, Pennsylvania, as provided in the bid documents. Requirements for a 10% Bid Bond, 100% Performance Bond, 100% Payment Bond, 10% Maintenance Bond and Contractors Insurance are included in the Contract Documents. Each Bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Instruction to Bidders. Alsace Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to make such award as appears most advantageous to the Township.
