Sealed bids for Sherman Lane Temporary Roadway Project; which involves constructing a temporary roadway prior to the construction of T-894 over Bailey Creek Question Deadline 02/27/2026 The deadline for submitting questions is 72 hours before the let date and time. Each BID must be accompanied by a Bid Bond payable to the Owner for ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the BID. As soon as the BID prices have been compared, the Owner will return the Bonds of all except the three lowest responsible bidders. When the Agreement is executed, the bonds of the two remaining unsuccessful bidders will be returned. Bidders must submit with their initial bid, a statement as to whether they have previously performed work subject to the President's Executive Order No. 11246 (30 F.R. 12319-25) "Equal Opportunity Clause". The Bidder acknowledges that this bid is for a public works contract and bidder is therefore subject to the provisions, duties, obligations and penalties of the Public Works Employment Verification Act, 43 P.S. 167.1 - 167.11, which is incorporated herein by reference.
