Pedestrian Pavement Replacement Work consists of reconstructing the east/main entrance to the Marcus Center and along the Milwaukee River/west side of the Peck Pavilion. Safety bollard, cable barrier, and decorative colored concrete will be utilized as indicated in the project Bid documents. Project Completion: Marcus Center entry / drop-off area shall be substantially complete by October 8th, 2021 (Friday). Remainder of the project scope shall be substantially completed by November 12th, 2021 (Friday) Project Funded: Local Targeted Business Enterprise (Tbe) Participation Goal for This Project Is 25 Percent. To Be Considered for This Project All Required Tbe-14 Forms Shall Be Completed and Signed by Prime and Submitted as Indicated in Invitation to Bid. Contractors shall employ a minimum of 50% of the Contract labor force with employees that reside in Milwaukee County. Bidders shall submit the completed Subcontractor-Supplier Information Entry with the Bid. Failure to submit this information with Bid may result in rejection of the Bid as non-responsive. A 10 percent bid bond or certified check is required with bid. The low responsive, responsible bidder will be recommended for contract award. Owner reserves right to reject bid, to waive informalities in bid or to accept bid which will be in best interest of Owner. Bids shall remain open to acceptance for a period of 60 days after bid due date.
