Redevelopment of a 5,054 m2 (54,400 sf) site which is currently comprised of 3 existing residential rental buildings. Plans include demolition of the existing structures to allow for the construction of one or more 6-storey wood frame, multi-unit residential building(s) comprised of a mix of studio, 1,2, and 3-bedroom units, with underground parking. The project will be designed to meet BC Energy Step Code - Step 4. TIMELINE: Design is ongoing. Sense Engineering was selected for Building Envelope engineering services. Construction tenders timeline are undetermined. Project will require rezoning approvals from the city. Further update may be available in late 2024, upon approvals.
