Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Berkey, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The scope of work consists of wetland and stream earthwork construction/restoration including erosion and sediment controls, water control measures, clearing and grubbing, cut and fill activities including wetland microtopography, rock channel plugs, topsoil placement, woody habitat components, and stabilization seeding. Work is primarily within the former Spuyten Duyval golf course, with additional work occurring within existing Secor Metropark, Central Avenue. The successful bidder must furnish a 100 percent (100%) Performance Bond and a 100 percent (100%) Labor and Materials Bond. No bidder may withdraw its bid within thirty (30) days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
