Site work for a mixed-use development in Berkey, Ohio. Working plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
THE SCOPE OF WORK consists of the design, oversight and implementation of wetland and ditch restoration of land owned by Metroparks Toledo. The selected team will complete a restoration design, obtain all necessary regulatory permits required and complete all constructed improvements for the Project. Metroparks shall select a firm at Metroparks' sole discretion. Metroparks reserves the right to reject any and all proposals for any reason and to pursue purchasing in a manner that is in the best interest of the organization and that is in compliance with the grant requirements that are financing this Project.
