Questions July 22, 2021 by 4:00 PM Link - https://teams.microsoft.com/l/meetup-join/19%3ameeting_YTk1NDAyYjYtMzk5NS00ZWJkLTg4NzAtZjNiNmNkMmQyMGMw%40thre The Successful Proposer shall furnish a Performance Bond in an amount equal to the sum of the annual cost of the liquid phase and vapor phase treatment as submitted on the Pricing Proposal Form with a Surety company satisfactory to the OWNER, which shall be renewed annually for the full term of the Agreement in the specified amount for the respective Agreement year. All proposals should follow the proposal format set forth in this Request for Proposal and meet the minimum qualifications in order to be considered. Proposals may not be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the scheduled submission deadline. SD1 reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any informality.
