Scope: Full design and engineering services for a new public park, including site planning, civil engineering, landscape architecture, and supporting disciplines Scope of Services The selected design team will be responsible for providing comprehensive design and engineering services, including but not limited to: o Refinement and implementation of the Master Plan into detailed design documents o Due diligence & site investigation o Geotechnical Engineering o Site feasibility reporting to include ALTA survey, boundary/topographical survey, right of way, and site constraints o Existing utility investigation o Civil engineering, including site grading and drainage o Landscape architecture and park feature design o Structural engineering (if applicable, e.g. bridges or retaining walls) o Roadway and parking design o Infrastructure utility design to include electrical, gas, sanitary, water, and stormwater o Site lighting design o Trail Design o Cost estimating and value engineering o Coordination with regulatory agencies for permitting and approvals, to include all utility providers o Construction administration and oversight support The team must demonstrate the ability to collaborate with Kenton County, JS Held, and stakeholders to deliver a project that meets community needs, adheres to budget constraints, and aligns with the vision established in the Master Plan. Kenton County reserves the right to reject any or all submissions and to negotiate with selected teams. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
