The overall objective of this RFP is to select a supplier to assist UC in establishing the most cost effective and efficient procurement program for the Services while maintaining high standards of quality and service. Qualified suppliers are invited to submit proposals, based on the information provided in this RFP, with the intent to establish a business alliance with UC that will maximize the resources of both organizations to most effectively meet UC's needs. It is anticipated that the initial term of any contract awarded pursuant to this RFP will be for three (3) years with 2 yearly options to renew depending on UCLA needs Suppliers must register in CalUsource in order to access the complete RFP document.
