The Regents of the University of California on Behalf of the University of California San Diego ("ucsd" or "university" or "uc San Diego") Is Soliciting Quotes From Qualified Small and Diverse Suppliers to Prepare and Submit a Quote (Bid) to Provide Periodic Kitchen Hood and Duct Cleaning and Maintenance to Hdh Dining Facilities as Specified Throughout This Rfq (Herein Referred to as "services"). The Overall Objective of This Rfq Is to Select a Local Small and/or Diverse Business Enterprise and Develop Them as a Supplier That Can Effectively Provide the Campus Maximum Value Through Superior Customer Service, High-quality Products and Cost-effective Processes. Deadline for Supplier Q&a February 26, 2021, 3pm (Pst/pdt) University's Response to Supplier Q&a March 5, 2021 Deadline for Rfq Response March 12 2021, 3pm (Pst/pdt) Evaluation March 15 - 19, 2021 Contract Start Date Tbd The Anticipated Term of Any Agreement Issued as a Result of This Rfq Will Be for an Initial Period of Three (3) Years. The University May, at Its Option, Exercise Four (4) Additional One-year Extensions for a Total of Seven (7) Years on the Same Terms and Conditions. The University Reserves the Right to Modify the Above Schedule of Events and Make Changes to Other Provisions in This Rfq. It Is the Bidder's Responsibility to Read the Entire Document and Any Addendums, and to Comply With All Requirements Listed Herein.
