manufacture and deliver four SLT as shown in the attached drawings. The SLT are deployable modules that can be fasten to various places to the concrete pads in the facility. The SLT have been designed in a way that two towers can be stacked together. The vendor shall demonstrate at the manufacturing plant or at the Englekirk Center that the tower end plates have adequate tolerances to enable stacking of two towers. The main purpose of the SLT is to provide users with fixing points to fasten video cameras, test instrumentation and various other paraphernalia.
