Demolition, site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Manti, Utah. Working plans call for the construction of a 29,000-square-foot, two-story above grade municipal facility.

This Construction Management/General Contractor (CM/GC) project includes: construction of a two-story prominent new building on Main Street which will consist of approximately 29,000 square feet, distributed over two levels. The facility will hold two courtrooms, one of which is to be shelled only. In addition to court related administration and security functions, the building will provide a home to Juvenile Probation, Guardian Ad Litem, and Mediation functions. There is one building on site remaining to be demolished (see drawing AS101 in the included schematic drawings). Note that the courtroom noted on the plans as Juvenile will be the shelled courtroom. The team will be looking to have an initial drawing review and detailed estimate provided upon award. Design development is about 50-60% complete and will resume at the beginning of December 2022.
