installation of approximately 4,000 l.f. of 10 inch PVC transmission pipe, a concrete chlorination building and appurtenances, and related work General Requirements: 1. Construction experience with demonstrated excellence and quality in the construction of similar and cast-in-place concrete building and pipe placement projects. 2. Respondent and sub-contractor(s) companies are headquartered or have a significant regional business office located in the State of Utah, and are registered to conduct business in the State of Utah. 3. That firm has the resources, including personnel and equipment to manage, perform and finally complete the Work in the identified Contract Time. 4. Project organization structure. 5. Key personnel experience. The Work will be substantially completed on or before February 26, 2021, and completed and ready for final payment in accordance with Paragraph 15.06 of the General Conditions on or before March 12, 2021.
