Construction Management / General Contractor Services. South Sanpete School District (SSSD) seeks a Request for Proposal (RFP) for construction management / general contractor (CM/GC) services for future construction projects and ongoing repairs and maintenance projects as approved by the South Sanpete Board of Education. Currently, SSSD has identified up to approximately $7,000,000.00 in future construction projects and repairs and maintenance items and have been prioritized over the next 3 years. The CM/GC must be capable of and willing to work closely with SSSD and Design Consultants through the design phase, providing cost estimates, schedules and feedback on constructability of design details and availability of materials selected. Questions are due by August 15th 3:00 p.m. Questions and their answers will be posted on the U3P website. South Sanpete School District Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, or to waive any formality or technicality in any proposal in the interest of SSSD.
