Notice Is Hereby Given that the Regional Transportation Commission of Washoe County, Nevada (RTC) is requesting bid proposals from qualified contractors to perform Terminal Way Tenant Improvement and Elevator Modernization. Clarification Deadline 7/23/2021 4:00 PM Every Bid shall be accompanied by a Surety Company Bid Bond, or by a Certified or Cashier's Check made payable to the Regional Transportation Commission in the amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the Bid, said amount to be forfeited to the RTC should the Bidder to whom the Contract is awarded fail to enter into a Contract in accordance with the Bid and other Contract Documents within ten (10) calendar days after award. The right is reserved to reject any and all Bids or accept the Bid that is deemed by the RTC to be in the best interest of the RTC. The RTC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all alternates or options or any combination thereof. The RTC also reserves the right to waive any irregularities and/or informalities in the submitted Bid Forms. DBE goal of 3%
