The Board of Water Works of Pueblo, Colorado (Pueblo Water) is soliciting statements of qualifications for Contractors for the following project in Pueblo, CO. COATING SYSTEM FOR GREENHORN 1.5MG ELEVATED WATER TANK INTERIOR Pueblo Water's primary objective in utilizing the RFQ approach is to bring the best available Contractors experienced in Composite Tank interior surface preparation and coating applications while ensuring that a quality project is delivered in an expedited manner. Proposer's must be professionally licensed, bonded, and insured within their respective field or area of expertise. Selection involves a two-step process: (1) Qualifications Phase: All interested Contractors must submit qualifications as outlined in this RFQ; and, (2) Request for Proposal (RFP) Phase: Pueblo Water will identify a short-list based on evaluation of the RFQ criteria (Section V) that will be issued with the Request for Proposals documents. Contractor will be selected based on best value criteria identified in the RFP.
