Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Watsonville, California. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The project consists of performing the following, including, but not limited to: Following underground utility project currently underway, surface improvements will be made, including curb ramp replacements, installation of traffic signal at Sydney Ave., upgrade APS at signalized crossings, lower signal shallow signal conduits, construction of a bus pullout, and grinding existing pavement and placing new hot mix asphalt. Limits of project are Alta Vista Ave. through the Green Valley Rd. intersection. The Engineer's estimate is three million dollars, ($3,000,000).
