Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Laguna Beach, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility; for site work for a fire / police facility; and road / highway.

The work to be performed shall include, but not be limited to: building prep, pressure washing, removal of loose or peeling material, patching holes, sealing cracks, applying a prime coat and a paint coat to exterior and interior surfaces and painting all fascia, gutters, gates, support buildings, and bollards. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Contractor must possess a minimum of three (3) years experience within the last five (5) years. Bidders who fail to meet these minimum qualifications shall have their bids deemed non-responsive. In addition to any and all relevant City, State and Federal permits and licenses required in the Agreement, the Contractor must possess a valid and current class B or C33 California License and submit a copy thereof. The name and license number will be supplied to the City within one (1) calendar day after effective date of the contract, and any changes forwarded within twenty-four (24) hours of said change.
