The primary purpose of this Request for Qualifications and Proposals (RFQ/P) is to identify qualified providers/developers of solar installations, battery energy storage systems (BESS), and microgrid energy management systems (MEMS) to support theCity of Laguna Beach (the "City") in developing a cost-effective renewable energy project and islandable MEMS at multiple City facilities.
