The City of Camdenton is accepting sealed bids for Camdenton Welcome Wall. Plans and specifications are on file for examination at the Office of City Clerk, City Hall, 437 W US Hwy 54, Camdenton, MO 65020. Brian Gentges, Project Architect, may be contacted at 636-584-0540 regarding any questions on this project. Bids must be submitted on the Proposal Form provided with the specifications and be accompanied by the Bidders certified check or bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid. A performance bond will be required of the successful bidder. Successful bidder shall comply with the provisions of Section 285.525 through 285.550 RSMo regarding the hiring of illegal workers and Section 292.675 RSMo regarding OSHA requirements. Attention of bidders is called to the current prevailing hourly rate of wages in the locality for each type of worker needed to execute the contract and also the general prevailing rate for legal holiday and overtime work, all as determined by the Division of Labor Standards Section Plans and specifications are on file for examination at the Office of City Clerk, City Hall, 437 W US Hwy 54, Camdenton, MO 65020.
