The project is expected to be awarded on November 28, 2023.** The project consists of the construction of a new concrete drive to serve the Clint Avenue lift station and consists of 245 yards of concrete pavement. To bid this work, potential bidders MUST contact Darren Krehbiel Consultants, LLC, and be placed on the qualifying bidders list. Bids must be submitted on the Proposal Form provided with the specifications and be accompanied by the Bidder's certified check or bid bond in the amount of five (5) percent of the bid. A performance bond will be required of the successful bidder. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 90 days. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive informalities or irregularities, and select the proposal deemed to be in the best interest of the Owner. The Owner intends to award this project to the lowest, responsive, responsible bidder. Attention of bidders is called to the prevailing hourly rate of wages in the locality for each type of worker needed to execute the contract and also the general prevailing rate for legal holiday and overtime work, all as determined by the Division of Labor Standards.
