Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Piqua, Ohio. Working plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a playground / park / athletic field; and water / sewer project.
As of 7/21/2022 Project will re-bid in the near future. The Project includes the following Work: The construction of various park improvements to the Lock 9 Park in the City of Piqua. Site work to include storm sewer, water, electrical, site grading, pavement/sidewalk work and landscaping. THIS PROJECT IS FEDERALLY ASSISTED. CONTRACTS TO BE AWARDED UNDER THIS INVITATION FOR BIDS WILL BE SUBJECT TO FEDERAL LAWS AND RELATED ACTS THAT ARE REFERENCED IN THIS BID PACKAGE. Bidder must submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. Contact information and submittal procedures for such questions are as follows: A. Email Project Manager, (Jake A. Cordonnier), (jac@choiceoneengineering.com). If no response within 24 hours call (937-497-0200). Engineer's Estimate: $1,346,535.50 for the base bid, $22,500.00 for alternate 1, ($398,910.00) for alternate 2, $38,610.00 for alternate 3, and $18,620.00 for alternate 4
