The total co-funded budget is $23,073,498 that includes soft costs. Co-funded budget is $19,240,716 with a Project Agreement LFI of $3,832,782. There's additional enhanced programing for academic spaces, security, administration, kitchen and culinary. Allowance for emergency responder radio for the entire109,742 sf building. Allowances for site access improvements and swing space. Allowance for storm shelter hardening of 2,204 sf. LEED waiver for entire renovation project. First LFI for additional new construction classroom programing Build approximately 26,053 sf for nine career tech spaces. Total LFI new construction budget is $8,467,225 that includes soft costs. Second LFI to renovate district owner Ashland County Health Department Building Renovate approximately 37,600 sf and add 3,953 sf of new construction addition to create an Adult Education Center. Assess the entire building for MEP needs, code issues and overall building integrity. Total LFI renovation budget is $11,148,324 that includes soft costs.
