Providing all supervision, labor, materials and equipment required to execute the Work described in the Drawings and Specifications entitled Mezzanine Modifications to the EPB MLK Office Building for Electric Power Board of Chattanooga, 10 W. M. L. King Boulevard, Chattanooga, Tennessee 37402 Direct all questions regarding this solicitation to Jaime Shelton, EPB Purchasing, (423) 648-3477, sheltonje@epb.net . All questions must be submitted no later than Monday, 2 August 2021 by 4:00 pm. EPB shall not be obligated to respond to questions submitted after the stated deadline. Bid Bonds, Performance Bonds and Payment Bonds are required from the General Contractor. EPB reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids, to waive all informalities in the bids received, and to accept any bid which, in its opinion, may be for the best interest of the Board.
