The Corporation of the Town of Fort Erie is inviting tenders from qualified bidders to recover the low slope roof and roof top mechanical units at the EJ Freeland Community Centre located at 1555 Garrison Road, Fort Erie, Ontario. The scope of work for the proposed project includes the replacement of the roof membrane, insulation and metal work, the replacement of 10 HVAC units and 7 Exhaust Fans, estimated at a cost of approximately $1,500,000. The successful contractor will be responsible to supply all materials and labour to complete the project. The deadline for questions regarding the information contained within this document, including the Tender Pricing is due by Thursday, Aug 05, 2021 by 2:00PM.
