UNIT PRICE #1: Additional Masonry Tuckpointing: 1. Provide a Cost per Linear Foot to remove additional unacceptable mortar and tuckpointing joints at Scored face Concrete Masonry Units, per Specifications, which may be determined unacceptable by the Owner/Architect and are outside the scope of the contract. B. UNIT PRICE #2: Additional Replacement of Existing Sealant Joints with New Sealant: 1. Provide a Cost per Linear Foot to remove existing deteriorated sealant and backup material, provide and install new back-up material and silicone sealant for use at existing masonry sealant joints, per Specifications, as determined by the Owner/Architect and if outside the scope of the contract. C. UNIT PRICE #3: Additional Concrete Masonry Unit Patching: 1. Provide a Cost per Linear Foot to saw cut/grind out additional cracks in the Scored Face Concrete Masonry Units and patch with the vertical masonry repair mortar, per Specifications, which may be determined unacceptable by the Owner/Architect and are outside the scope of the contract. (Repair #1)
