As of 01/04/2022 this project has been awarded to PAVERS, INC in the amount of $578,924.40. The Contractor agrees that the Work in this Contract for Westgate Blvd shall begin as soon after the Notice to Proceed as is necessary for the Contractor to complete the Work within the number of calendar days allowed and prior to the stated completion date. The completion date shall be 25 consecutive calendar days after the beginning of construction, or completed no later than October 21, 2022. The Contractor agrees that the Work in this Contract for W. Saunders Ave shall begin as soon after the Notice to Proceed as is necessary for the Contractor to complete the Work within the number of calendar days allowed and prior to the stated completion date. The completion date shall be 45 consecutive calendar days after the beginning of construction, or completed no later than August 5, 2022. This is a City of Lincoln pavement rehabilitation project. Field survey by a surveyor has not been completed. It has been designed based on City of Lincoln staff field inspections. Repair locations on plans are estimated locations only. Actual field repair limits and locations will be marked by the City. The construction staking bid item shall include all survey and calculations necessary for the Contractor to construct the project to meet existing field conditions. It is recommended that the Contractor survey any areas they feel are necessary to complete the work prior to removal.
