The awarded consultant will be responsible for all aspects of the design including initial scoping, concept level drawings, community outreach, permitting through various State agencies (i.e. California Coastal Commission), permitting through the City's Development and Building Departments, final design, and final plans, specifications, and construction cost estimation. Please refer to the complete RFP package for more information. Proposals will be evaluated on the basis of the response to all provisions of this RFP. Evaluations will be based solely on a Qualifications Based Selection process. The City may use some or all of the following criterion in its evaluation and comparison of proposals submitted. The criteria listed are not necessarily an all-inclusive list. The order in which they appear is not intended to indicate their relative importance. The City reserves the right to modify the evaluation criterion and percentage of score as deemed appropriate prior to the commencement of evaluation.
