Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in McCall, Idaho. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

In 2020, the Thompson Place PUD multi-family housing subdivision (located on Thompson Street, just east of the intersection with Park) in collaboration with the City completed their streetscape frontage improvements. These improvements included onstreet parking, bike lanes and a sidewalk that terminated at the intersection of Park and Thompson. Also in 2020, Streets received an LOT grant to continue these streetscape improvements further west to the top of the hill at the intersection of 4th Street. However, this section could not be completed due to high bid costs and lack of grant funding availability due to COVID-19. Therefore, this CIP proposes to complete the section of Park (between Thompson and 4th Street) that was not completed in 2020 As of February 23, 2022, this project is currently in the FY FY 2022 CIP . Funding for this project is allotted in the city's capital improvement plan for construction Fy 2023. A firm timeline has not been established; however, construction is scheduled for Fiscal Year 2023. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
