The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Program Contracting Activity Central (PCAC) anticipates awarding a single Firm-Fixed-Price contract for the Design-Bid-Build EHRM Training and Administrative Support Space (TASS) Construction project at the Marion VA Medical Center (VAMC) located at 2401 W Main St. Marion, IL 62959. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The Marion VAMC is seeking a general contractor to construct a Training and Administrative Support Space (TASS) in the basement of building 42's ED addition, to serve as a training space for the EHRM project. Once the EHRM training is complete, the TASS will function as an administrative space for meetings, such as town halls. The finished basement will include new partitions, finishes, restrooms, HVAC, lighting, data, and power. Additionally, a connecting tunnel will be built from Building 42 ED to the new South CLC Tunnel. The of construction is between $2,000,000 and $5,000,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
