**As of May 15, 2024 , This project has been awarded to Pidherneys Inc, with the awarded amount of $5,478,318.60.** Schedule A: Wastewater Treatment Plan Flood Protection Berm a. ECO plan preparation and implementation, b. Supply and installation of erosion and sediment control, c. Care of Water plan, d. Wildlife sweeps, e. Supply, installation, and removal of snow fencing and temporary (reusable) chain link fencing, f. Site surveying, site clearing, and tree/shrub clearing, g. Berm construction with a clay material, h. Berm control structure installation in the existing wastewater effluent channel to the river, i. Berm concrete retaining wall around existing pump station electrical panel, j. Coordination with Capital Project Coordinator and Plant Operations and Maintenance for any required shutdowns, k. Effluent channel diversion, l. Entrance road regrading and storm system upgrades, m. Coordination with Alberco for access to the WWTP during entrance road work (Alberco work starts in March 2024), n. Electrical relocation of existing entrance road gate and entrance road keypad, o.
