Attention of bidder is particularly called to the requirements as to conditions of employment to be observed and minimum wage rates to be paid under the contract. All Bidders shall include with their bid a statement from an acceptable surety that if their bid is accepted the surety will furnish to the Bidder the required performance and payment bond or bonds required by the contract documents. Award shall be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, as permitted by KRS 45A.365. A reciprocal preference will be afforded for resident bidders of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, in accordance with KRS 45A.494.
