The proposal shall be to furnish all labor, equipment and materials to complete all the necessary work related to this Request for Proposals Submit a LUMP SUM price to furnish all labor, equipment and materials to complete the project as described in the Request. Bidders shall use the proposal form provided in this Request. Payment shall be made to the contractor upon satisfactory completion of the work, as deemed by the City Engineer. Therefore, no bonds are required. By entering into this contract, the contractor agrees to provide a 100% warranty for a period on ONE (1) year against material or workmanship defects and will fully replace the defects at the contractor's cost and the City Engineer's direction The City of Hagerstown anticipates award of this contract on September 28, 2021, and that a Notice To Proceed will be issued in October 2021, depending on the successful contractor's workload. The contractor shall complete all the work outlined within twenty (20) working days. Complete all work per drawings #15-094-01, 02 and within the easement obtained by the City shown on 75- 170-01.
