This project is subject to minimum wage rates in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act and the Public Works Employee Verification Act. Upper Macungie Township reserves the right to waive any informality in, and/or to reject, any or all bids. A It is the intent of these Specifications to describe the Work for installation of a spray irrigation system. B The Contractor shall supply all materials not otherwise supplied by the Owner (reference Section 40-3), labor, and equipment necessary to properly install and perform the respective items of Work. Any apparatus, material and labor not specifically mentioned or shown on the Drawings which may be found necessary to complete or perfect any portion of the Work in a substantial manner and in compliance with the requirements implied or intended in the Specifications shall be furnished by the Contractor without additional compensation. This shall include all materials, devices and methods particular to the Work furnished and installed by the Contractor A pre-bid meeting will not be scheduled for this project.
